  • How long does it take for my order to ship?
  • Orders take 2 to 3 business days to process and then ship via FedEx or USPS. Shipping times are determined by your selected shipping method (options include: ground, 2 day, overnight, etc.). However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be additional delays.

  • I want to place an order, but my country is not on the shipping list. What can I do?

  • What is the status of my order?
  • Once your order is shipped you will get an email with the tracking number.
  • What is your return policy?
  • Unused items can be returned within 30 days from order date.
  • Can the tape sheets be recycled?
  • No, they cannot be recycled.
  • Can I use other refills on the ZeLo roller?
  • ZeLo brand refills will work with any ZeLo brand roller. 
  • Is a roll of tape included when I purchase a lint roller?
  • Yes, both the ZeLo long handle and handheld roller packages include a 30 sheet roll.
  • Do the refills fit on both the long and short handle rollers?
  • Yes, refills will fit both size rollers.
  • Are there any surfaces that ZeLo cannot be used?
  • Always test the roller in an inconspicuous area of your floor or surface before use. Stop use if damage or adhesive residue occurs. Do not use on silk, leather, fur (don’t roller your pet), or shag rugs/carpets with fibers longer then ¾” (20mm). Remember, only use ZeLo for its intended purposes.
  • Can I use the lint roller on a waxed floor?
  • There is a risk of removing the wax coating. Please test the roller on an inconspicuous area of your floor or surface before using for the first time.

    Only use product for its intended purpose. After removing a dirty sheet, roll ZeLo one time in the direction of the arrows to make sure the new sheet is properly set in place. Store ZeLo at room temperature. Do not put strong pressure on the roller as this could lead to product damage.

  • Can I use the lint roller on a pet directly?
  • We do not recommend the use of ZeLo products directly on pets.
  • How do I remove a sheet?

  • When I was rolling ZeLo on the floor, the sheets started unwinding and sticking to the floor. What happened?
  • After removing a sheet, make sure to roll ZeLo in the direction of the arrows. This keeps the tape firmly in place. If they are not firmly in place, they may unwind.
  • How should I store ZeLo?
  • Please store ZeLo at room temperature. Do not place heavy objects on top of the rolls (the rolls could become deformed).
  • When I use ZeLo the tape roll slides off. What is happening?
  • Make sure to push the roll all the way in so the tabs lock into place.
